Eric D. Banks is an Executive Principal/Partner and a founding member of CORE Partners, LLC. Eric is a member of CORE's Executive Management Team and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and a brokerage and administrative staff of ten. Eric has been an active real estate professional since 1998 and has completed over $250 million in sale and lease transactions. Prior to becoming an Executive Principal/Partner with CORE, Eric was a Vice President with Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. which he joined in 1998, and quickly distinguished himself as a leading industry professional. With expertise in all commercial property types, but specializing in office and hi-tech industrial properties and investment sales, Eric has an established track record as a deal maker with a provn ability to work through more complex real estate transactions that may involve environmental risk, difficult value assessment, lease vs. buy analysis, new lease structuring, or executing and negotiating tax free exchanges. Eric has done work on behalf of some of the areas largest developers and corporations, including Capmark Finance, McKinley Inc., DRA Advisors, ARGUS, RSM Development & Management, Liberty Property Trust (REIT), Crow Holdings, Home Depot, USA, Stuart Frankel Development, to name a few. A Michigan native and 1990 graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law, Eric resides with his wife and two children in Birmingham, Michigan.
